Wore item for 3 days, hole in pocket and collar. Returned item but return request was "rejected". Do not buy from this company they will not help you and their product as evidenced by my experience is not good.

However, after carefully reviewing the garment, we observed clear signs of significant wear—extensive pilling and traces of pet hair—which suggest it had not been cared for in accordance with the guidelines for delicate fibers like cashmere. Unfortunately, this level of damage is not consistent with a manufacturing defect. We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously, and we apply our return policy thoughtfully and consistently. In this case, the garment was not in a condition that meets our return terms, and the damage could not be attributed to a production flaw, but rather to signs of heavy use. That said, should you wish to have the item returned to you, we’d be happy to arrange it.
